India reports 64,553 new Covid-19 cases in last 24 hours
New Delhi, Aug 14 (HS) The number of Corona patients in the country has crossed 2.4 million mark. In the last 24 hours, 64,553 new cases of Corona have been reported. With this, the number of Corona patients has increased to 24,61,191.
At the same time, 1007 people died in the last 24 hours from Corona. Also, the death toll from this disease has reached to 48,040.
According to the Union Health Ministry there are 6,61,595 active patients in the country. At the same time, 55,574 thousand patients have recovered from Corona in the last 24 hours in the country taking toll of recovered patients to 17,51,556. With this the country’s recovery rate has increased to 71.16 percent.
