Mangalore Police sent a notice to 2000 people.
Mangalore,Jan 20 (HS): In the case of protest and subsequent violence against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), Mangalore police have served notices to people living in the border areas of Karnataka adjoining Kerala.
Sources said that the police have sent notices to about 2000 people living in and around Kasargod and have asked them why they were present in the vicinity during the CAA protests. Along with this, notices have also been sent to many SIM card owners.
