Liquor to be available in Delhi at 25 percent cheaper rate
New Delhi, Nov 29 (HS): With the knock of winter there is good news for those who drink wine and beer. English wine and beer will be 25 percent cheaper in the coming few days. Wine and beer will be sold by sell. Arvind Kejriwal, which provides free electricity and water, has been announced by Delhi Government. If sources are to be believed, the Excise Department of Delhi Government has got permission from the Finance Department to sell smuggled liquor. Before selling the liquor, it will be tested in the lab whether the liquor is worth selling or not. The government plans that this liquor will be sold from two shops each in four Delhi Municipal Corporation areas.
The Delhi government will sell only the smuggled English liquor, foreign liquor, and beer manufactured in India. Smuggled country liquor will not be sold. Seized liquor will be sold at 25 percent less. Experts say that as the liquor caught is from Haryana and the price of the bottle of that liquor are Rs 500 in Haryana, it will be sold for 25% less in Delhi at Rs 375. The price of alcohol will be judged in the state where it belongs.
