New Delhi, Oct 24(HS): Nawazuddin Siddiqui will be honored at the Cardiff International Film Festival 2019 to be held in Wales from 24 to 27 October. He will be awarded the Golden Dragon Award on the last day of the fest for his contribution to the cinema.
Nawazuddin said that he was excited to be a part of the Cardiff Film Festival and was waiting to attend it.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who made his mark in Anurag Kashyap’s Gangs of Wasseypur, surprised everyone with his powerful performances in Badlapur, Manjhi The Mountain Man, Kick, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Mom, Web Series Sacred Games etc. so far. He also played small roles in Sarfarosh, Shul. But the fame gained from Gangs of Wasseypur became the turning point of his career.
