Operation Kiya neutralises Jaish Commanders in Udhampur, Security Forces seize AK-47 and M4 Carbine

Security forces scored a major success against terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur district. On Wednesday, officials confirmed the killing of two Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorists during a joint operation. The forces named the mission “Operation Kiya.” They carried it out in the Jophar forest area of Basantgarh.

The operation followed specific intelligence inputs. First, Jammu and Kashmir Police shared vital information. Then, troops of the Indian Army’s White Knight Corps and CIF Delta acted on it.
