Baramulla Police arrests six drug peddlers, contraband substance seized
Jammu, July 3 (HS): Six drug peddlers have been arrested in Baramulla and contraband substances have been seized from their possession.
Arrested persons have been identified as Mohammad Rafiq Sofi, Naveed Manzoor Najar, Mohsin Yousuf Mir, Danish Qazi, Mohammad Abbas Mir and Sadam Hussain Khan. They were taken to Police Station Baramulla where they have been kept in police custody.
Officers have seized huge quantity of brown sugar and 297 Spasmoproxyvon tablets from their possession. Cases under relevant sections of law have been registered and investigation has been taken up.
