Himani Narwal Murder: CCTV captures accused dragging suitcase with victim’s body
A CCTV camera captured Sachin carrying a black suitcase with Himani Narwal’s body near her Rohtak home. Police verified the footage on Monday.
Authorities found the Congress worker’s body near a bus station on Saturday. Investigators say Sachin strangled her with a phone charging cord, stuffed her into a suitcase, and dumped it.
Police arrested Sachin, a mobile shop owner from Jhajjar, for the murder. They suspect a financial dispute led to the crime. He had been visiting Narwal for over a year after connecting through social media.
Additional DGP KK Rao said officers identified the victim quickly and tracked the suspect. The murder happened on February 27 after an argument. The exact motive remains under investigation.
