Gold & Silver prices today: Latest rates for Feb 12, 2025
Gold prices increased on Wednesday, with 24-carat gold reaching ₹8,756.3 per gram, up ₹320. The price of 22-carat gold also rose by ₹300 to ₹8,028.3 per gram. However, gold has declined 0.47% over the past week and 7.58% over the past month.
Silver prices remained unchanged at ₹1,02,500 per kg. In Chennai, silver costs ₹1,09,600 per kg, while Bangalore’s silver rate stands at ₹1,01,500 per kg. Hyderabad reports the highest silver price at ₹1,10,200 per kg.
City-wise gold rates show a steady rise. Chennai recorded ₹87,411 per 10 grams, up from ₹86,681 yesterday. Bangalore follows closely at ₹87,405 per 10 grams. Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, and Vijayawada reported gold prices between ₹87,419 and ₹87,427 per 10 grams.
