Daaku Maharaaj, directed by Bobby Kolli, has been a major success at the box office since its release on January 12. The film has quickly crossed the ₹50 crore mark in India within just three days. According to Sacnilk.com, the film earned ₹25.35 crore on day one, followed by ₹12.8 crore on day two. Early estimates suggest it grossed ₹12 crore on day three, bringing its total earnings to ₹50.15 crore. The film enjoyed a 50.39% Telugu occupancy on Tuesday.

The film’s worldwide performance has been equally impressive. Sithara Entertainments, the production company, revealed on Tuesday that Daaku Maharaaj had grossed ₹74 crore worldwide in just two days. The production company took to X (formerly Twitter) to celebrate the milestone: “The ultimate SANKRANTHI BLOCKBUSTER is winning hearts worldwide! #DaakuMaharaaj ROARS with a MASSIVE ₹74+ crore worldwide gross in 2 DAYS!” The film had a strong opening, grossing ₹56 crore worldwide on day one, marking Balakrishna’s highest opening.

The action-packed film stars Nandamuri Balakrishna as the titular dacoit, Daaku Maharaaj, with Bobby Deol playing the villain. Other notable cast members include Urvashi Rautela, Pragya Jaiswal, Shraddha Srinath, and Chandhini Chowdary. This marks Bobby Deol’s debut in Telugu cinema. Despite receiving mixed reviews, Daaku Maharaaj has resonated well with audiences, particularly for its high-energy action and strong performances.

The film is produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya, with music by S. Thaman. Written and directed by Bobby Kolli, it has become a significant success for all involved. At the success party, Nandamuri Balakrishna celebrated the film’s triumph with fellow actors like Urvashi Rautela, Vishwak Sen, and Siddhu Jonnalagadda.

A video shared by Vishwak Sen shows Balakrishna affectionately kissing him and Siddhu on the cheek, while expressing that the success belongs to everyone involved in the project. Urvashi Rautela also shared a video of herself dancing to the controversial song “Dabidi Dibidi,” which added a lively touch to the celebrations.

With its impressive box office earnings, Daaku Maharaaj is solidifying its place as one of the biggest films of the year, and it continues to attract attention both in India and worldwide. The combination of strong performances, action, and gripping storyline has proven to be a winning formula for this mass entertainer.
