Two killed, 7 injured as Russian plane makes emergency landing
Moscow, June. 27 (HS): At least two people have died and seven injured when an Antonov An-24 passenger plane made an emergency landing at a regional airport in Russia’s republic of Buryatia in Siberia.
There were 46 people, including four crew members in this plane. This plane was going from Nishnigangarsk to the regional capital Ulaan-Udde. The ministry said that after landing the aircraft, the plane slipped from the runway and collided with the small building, after which it was caught fire. This flight was operated by the regional Russian airline.
