Arvind Kejriwal, the national convenor of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), will kick off his campaign in Haryana on Friday. He will begin with a roadshow in the Jagadhri assembly constituency.

Kejriwal is returning to the political scene after a recent battle against what he claims was a BJP-led conspiracy to imprison him.

His campaign will cover 11 districts through 13 programs. After Jagadhri, Kejriwal will move on to other constituencies including Dabwali, Rania, Bhiwani, Meham, Pundri, Kalayat, Rewari, Dadri, Assandh, Ballabgarh, and Badra. The aim is to gain support in Haryana as the state gears up for upcoming elections.

Kejriwal has also made sharp attacks on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He accused the BJP of losing faith in its current Haryana Chief Minister, Manohar Lal Khattar.

By highlighting this, Kejriwal is positioning AAP as a strong alternative to the BJP’s leadership in the state.

His return to campaigning after his release from jail adds a dramatic backdrop to his political journey. This moment could energize his supporters and help him build momentum for AAP in Haryana.

Kejriwal’s efforts to paint the BJP as internally divided, and his return as a resilient leader, are expected to be key themes during his campaign.

With a packed schedule, Kejriwal is aiming to make a significant impact in Haryana’s political landscape ahead of elections. The roadshow in Jagadhri will mark the beginning of what could be a crucial campaign for AAP in this northern state.
