“I am also Kashmiri Pandit”, says Rahul in Jammu

Jammu, 10 September (H.S): In his two days visit to Jammu, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi says he is also Kashmiri Pandit and he felt to have come home, while addressing workers meet at Jammu.

?I feel I have come home. My family has a long relationship with Jammu and Kashmir. I am also Kashmiri Pandit,? said Rahul while addressing party workers after completing his journey to the Mata Vaishno Devi temple.

?A delegation of Kashmiri Pandits met me this morning and they told me that Congress implemented many welfare schemes for them, but BJP has done nothing, I promise my Kashmiri Pandit brothers that I will do something for them.? He added.

?I also wanted to go Ladakh. Whenever I come here I feel like at home. My family has long relations with this state as now it’s union Territory. I am feeling happy to come here at the same time I am also feeling bad that BJP-RSS trying to break that composite culture here.? Rahul said.

He went on to raise his hand and show his palm to the crowd, when he said, ?Hand means daro mat (don?t be afraid). Yesterday, Rahul Gandhi paid obeisance at the Mata Vaishno Devi shrine by tracking 13 km and met with head priest of Vaishno Devi.
