4.14 lakh new Covid cases reported in last 24 hours in country

New Delhi, 7 May (HS): The number of new cases of corona in the country has crossed four lakh on the second day also. In the last 24 hours, 4,14,188 new cases of corona have been reported, while 3915 people have died due to this disease while 3,31,507 patients have recovered.

According to the Union Health Ministry, a total of 2,14,91,598 cases of corona have been reported in the country so far. At the same time, 2,34,083 people have died due to this disease. The number of active patients is 36,45,164. At the same time, so far 1,76,12,351 patients have recovered from Corona.

With increasing cases of corona, the recovery rate is also falling. The country’s recovery rate has come down to 81.95 percent in the last 24 hours.

According to ICMR, more than 18 lakh tests have been done in the last 24 hours. On May 06, as many as 18,26,490 tests were conducted. A total of 29,86,01,699 tests have been conducted in the country so far.
