JKTJAC highlights burning issues of teachers
UDHAMPUR, April 06(HS):Monthly meeting of Jammu Kashmir Teachers’ Joint Action Committee (JKTJAC) was held here today under the chairmanship of UT president Vinod Sharma and District President Lekh Raj Parihar.
While speaking on the occasion, Vinod Sharma highlighted the genuine and burning issues of the teachers which include: Inclusion of 5 Years ReT period for seniority benefits, regularisation of ReTs who have completed their 5 years ReT period, appointment of CEOs/ Principals/ Headmasters/ZEOs in headless Districts /Schools/zones, Transfer Policy in favour of Teachers appointed under ReT scheme, conversion of left out RRETs to Teachers Grade II/III, DPC of teachers to Masters and sanctioning of Master grade posts in SSA upgraded schools.
Vinod Sharma said that they have high expectations from the present Administrative Secretary and Director School Education Jammu for the resolution of genuine issues of the teachers.
