Ranchi 31 march:(HS)Retirement does not mean the end of your active life, but the beginning of a new life in which you can do the things you want to do. Retiring is a governmental process that everyone has to go through. Under this process today, Dr Kiran Prasad, teacher of English from Higher Secondary Department, Jawahar Vidya Mandir, Shyamali,  Anita Verma and Sushmita Sarkar, Teacher of Hindi and History from Secondary Department, Sharmila Ghosh and Teacher of English from Primary Department along with Ranjit Kaur Matharu, the teacher of the school, Rajkumar Prasad, the administrative officer of the school, staff Niroj Khalkho, exhibitor of Physics Laboratory and SP Singh and Assistant Laboratory of Chemicals Laboratory and Jhulan Prasad, security guard.

All were honored on this occasion.  Dr Kiran Prasad took charge as English teacher in the school on July 1, 1987 and retired in January 2020, while teaching for 34 years. Any programme of the school was incomplete without her stage operation.
Poet Anita Verma, who has always made headlines with her writing the poems, contributed to the school as a Hindi teacher on June 13, 1988. Retired in March 2020, after teaching for almost 32 years. Sushmita Sarkar started her teacher life as a history teacher from July 7, 1990.
Interestingly, staff Niroj Khalkho (Aaya) was appointed ‘ in the school on September 1, 1976 at the age of just 16 and retired yesterday after serving for about 45 years.
