Police organized two days workshop on “Maximisation and Optimisation of Human Potential

UDHAMPUR, March 9 (HS):Dr. Inderpreet  Sandhu, Assistant Professor, Department of Psychology, Punjabi University conducted a two days workshop for the Police Officers of District Udhampur on the topic “Maximisation and Optimisation of Human Potential” at DPL Udhampur on 7th and 8th March 2021.

The workshop programme was inagurated by Worthy DIG U-R Range Sh. Sujit Kumar, IPS in the presence of Ms. Sargun Shukla, IPS SSP Udhampur and other officers/officials of district Udhampur. The workshop was aimed at increasing stress resilience amongst police personnel and to improve soft skills.

 The officers of district Udhampur greatly appreciated these sessions by Dr. Inderpreet Sandhu.

SSP Udhampur Ms. Sargun Shukla complimented Dr. Inderpreet Sandhu for sharing valuable thoughts and concluded the event with a vote of thanks.
