CM Yogi extends good wishes on International Women’s Day

Lucknow, 07 March (HS) :    Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has extended his best wishes to women on International Women’s Day. In his congratulatory message, the Chief Minister said that equal participation of women in various fields is necessary for the progress of the country and society.

He pointed out that there were innumerable references to many women are found in our history, who established the highest dimensions of achievements through their personality and work. Even at the present time, women are showing the way to a society with their specific works, he added.

The Chief Minister said that the State Government is committed to the all-around progress of women and girls. Several schemes are being implemented by the state government for this purpose, he added while informing that Mission Shakti Abhiyan is being conducted in the state for the safety, honor, and independence of women and girls.
