New Delhi, 23 September (H.S.): The number of corona patients in the country has crossed 56 lakh. In the last 24 hours, 83,347 new cases of corona have been reported. With this, the number of corona patients has increased to 56,46,011.
At the same time, 1,085 people died in the last 24 hours from Corona, taking the total death toll to 90,020.
There are 9,68,377 active patients in the country, said the Union Health Ministry. At the same time, as many as 45,87,614 patients have recovered from Corona so far taking recovery rate to 81.25 percent.
The number of corona tests has also been increased in view of the increasing cases. In the last 24 hours, 9,53,683 samples were tested in the country. So far 6,62,79,462 samples have been tested in the country.
