DDC reviews the performance of Education sector
Takes stock of vacancies, status of computer labs
Poonch, May 31 (HS): District Development Commissioner, Poonch Rahul Yadav today convened a meeting to review the school Education sector here at DC Office Conference hall.
CEO Vijay Bhagat, CPO Madan Lal, different ZEOs, Headmasters and teachers of school education department were present at the meeting.
During the meeting the DDC sought information regarding subject wise availability of teachers in government HS and HSS in District Poonch. The meeting also discussed to provide online/offline lectures to the students. The DDC directed the concerned teachers to record offline video lectures for the benefits of students.
The DDC also directed the concerned ZEOs to check the schools and ensure regular attendance of teachers in the schools of their areas. He further directed them to initiate departmental inquiry against the erring teachers.
