Coronavirus: First suspected death in the state
Bengaluru,11 March(HS): One person hailing from Kalaburagi in the state who had returned from Dubai recently has become the first suspected victim in the state to the deadly Coronavirus infection.
Mohammed Hussein Siddiqui is the 76 years old victim. He had recently returned from Dubai and had been to Hyderabad for treatment. On the way back to Kalaburagi, he passed away.
According to family sources, he developed health complications on his return from Dubai after a pilgrimage.
He was admitted to a private hospital in Kalaburagi initially and later to another private hospital in Hyderabad.
But while on his way back to Kalaburagi from Hyderabad, he died.
Whether he died due to Coronavirus infection or not is yet to be confirmed by the test results which are still awaited.
