Zishan Siddique, son of Baba Siddique, joins NCP(AP) and secures a party ticket!
Zishan Siddique, son of the late NCP leader Baba Siddique, joined the Ajit Pawar faction of NCP this week, securing a ticket for the Assembly elections. Baba Siddique was tragically killed, allegedly by the Bishnoi Gang, and Zishan claims Congress politicized his father’s death.
In a parallel move, former minister Nawab Malik’s daughter, Sana Malik, also joined NCP on Thursday. Malik, recently arrested on alleged underworld links, faced opposition from BJP when running in Mumbai’s Anushakti Nagar constituency. In response, NCP welcomed Sana Malik into the party, endorsing her as a candidate for the polls.
Soon after Zishan and Sana joined, NCP released its candidate list, naming 38 candidates, including both Zishan from Bandra East and Sana. By Friday, the list expanded with seven more names, bringing the total to 45.
