Chandigarh, March 1 ( H S ) : Punjab has now abandoned the issue of water with Haryana’s capital Chandigarh and other states. Today, in the speech of the Governor on the first day of the budget session of the Punjab Legislative Assembly, this time these two controversial issues were missing.
