Village boy awarded with Udiyaman Prize
Chapra/Gopalganj,1 July (HS): Masoom Ali of Chaurav village under Gopalganj block and student of Patna University has been awarded with ‘Udiyaman Puraskar’ for his social works.
Director of an NGO Bhumika, Shilpa Singh gave this prize at a function in Patna. About hundreds of selected youth, who have been doing commendable works in social service were felicitated by MP RK Sinha, director of Bihar Aids control society Manoj Kumar and assistant director persons were awarded with this prize.
Masoom has been awarded with several prizes on many occasions earlier which include India Great leader Samman,at Press Club Delhi by Deputy CM of Delhi and has participated in international seminars three times. Presently he is persuing his graduation in Urdu from Patna University and simultaneously involving him in social works.
