United Christian Forum of BTR supports UPPL …….

Addressing the conference, BTR convenor Khadesh Dwimu Mushahary said that UPPL party has assured us towards uplift and development of the Christian followers with providing land allotment and formation of minority development board across the region as well in the state.

Previous BPF led BTC government never thought welfare and development aspects for the Christian religion followers.

The secretary of the United Christian Forum, BTR Said that,  a crucial meeting was held amongst the representatives of the 4th districs of BTR recently, at Prasanti Lodge, Kokrajhar and adopted the 8th nos. of the Major issues to submit a memorandum to the Honorable Chief of BTR immediately.

Safety and security of Christians, Safety of Churches and Christian Institutions, Issuance of Land Pattas to all Churches and Christian Institutions, Formation of the Minority Board for Christian in BTR,  Special schemes for skill development for unemployed youths, Financial aids for poor Christian Families, Operationalise ITI’s constructed under Minority Development Funds. Also, seat reservations for Minority Students in the said Institutions and,  etc.

In view of the above issues,  the Forum had submitted the memorandum in Bishmuri,  Kokrajhar of the huge Public gathering on 27-03-2021 to the honorable Chief of BTR and discussed relating the submitted issues and He fully assured the Forum to fulfill the same. Hence, since the previous BPF Government of the BTC did not respond and worked anything for the Christianity,  the Forum had fully supported to the UPPL political party in the ensuing Assam Assembly Election/2021. Along with that, the Forum has appeal to all Christian beleivers irrespective of Castes and Denominations to the candidates of UPPL political party. Ringkhang Brahma, Secretary, UCF,BTR.
