Los Angeles Nov 12 (HS): The National Meteorological Department has warned that two-thirds of the northeastern states of the United States will have teeming winds during the week. Temperatures can go from minus  15  to  25  degrees Fahrenheit. This is being attributed to the north fluvial outbreak.

The Meteorological Department has predicted that there will be record-breaking snowfall from Monday to Wednesday and there will be heavy cold as the temperature goes down. The temperature will start dropping below Thursday.

The Veteran Day celebrations, which are being observed from Monday for military personnel across the country, may face obstacles. The Meteorological Department has said that they will have to make alternate arrangements for this.
