Three dead and 28 injured in central Paris fire
Paris, Jun.22 (HS): Three people have died due to a fire in a building in central Paris on Saturday. 28 people were also injured in fire. According to firefighters, the flame erupted early Saturday morning in a six-story apartment building in rue de Nemours, in the city’s 11th district.
Paris fire service spokesman Florian Lointier said ,”One woman died after jumping out of a window to try and escape the fire.One witness said , “We were asleep and at around 5:00 am, I smelt smoke. I opened the window and a fire truck was already there” .
