Swami Chinmayanand case: Victim demands transfer from UP to New Delhi
New Delhi, Feb 28 (HS): The victim in Swami Chinmayanand sexual harassment case demanded to shifting of the the case of former Union Minister Swami Chinmayanand from Uttar Pradesh to Delhi. The court will hear the matter on Monday, March 2.
The victim girl and her father have filed this petition in the Supreme Court. The victim has filed an application demanding transfer of the case from Lucknow to Delhi. The petitioners said that they are being intimidated in Uttar Pradesh and state government has provided a gunman as security for the victim already.
