South African players returned home from India tour are corona symptom free

New Delhi,03 April(HS): All the players from the South African team who returned home from their incomplete ODI tour of India have been found to be free of coronavirus symptoms and all the team players who were tested were found to be negative in the test.
“All the players were symptom-free and the results of the players who got tested have come up negative,” Dr Shouib Manjra, Chief Medical Officer of the South African team, quoted a sports broadcaster.
Due to the rising outbreak of Coronavirus, the South African team returned to their country on March 18, leaving the tour of India in between. After which the entire team was placed on a 14-day self-isolation period, and now all their players have been found free from coronavirus symptoms.
The first match of the India tour was washed out on 12 March due to rain in Dharamshala and the remaining two matches which were to be held in Lucknow and Kolkata were cancelled.
South Africa will no longer play any international match until June. At the same time, the lockdown of 21 days has been imposed due to fear of corona in their entire country.
The number of people infected with the coronavirus in South Africa is more than 1400 and so far 5 people have lost their lives.
