Smokers at a higher risk of dying from Covid-19 – Milind Soman

New Delhi, June 26 (HS) Milind Soman is in discussion about his fitness. He also inspired people to stay fit by sharing videos and photos of running and exercise. Now he has given another message to people about fitness. His message is especially for those who smoke.

Milind Soman wrote on twitter, “Smokers are at a higher risk of dying from Covid-19. But it says that on the box anyway. Smoking kills. Even so, I wonder if people are smoking less nowadays.”

Milind is known for his healthy lifestyle. He shares photos of barefoot running and eating fruits for breakfast every day on his Instagram story. His wife Ankita Konwar is also a fitness freak. During the lockdown, he also grew vegetables at home. While sharing its pictures, Milind wrote, “Finally a Bearded farmer as @ankita_earthy wanted ! Happiness really is growing your own food.”
