Shah Rukh Khan’s heartfelt plea for Aryan and Suhana: ‘If the world gave 50% of its love…’

Shah Rukh Khan attended the Next On Netflix event on Monday to unveil his son Aryan Khan’s debut directorial project, The BA**DS of Bollywood. At the event, Shah Rukh made an emotional plea to his fans and the audience to share the same love for Aryan and his daughter Suhana Khan that they have shown him. He said, “I request from my heart that my son, taking his first step into direction, and my daughter, becoming an actress, if they receive even 50 percent of the love the world has given me, it would be enough.”

Shah Rukh also shared how he passed on his humor to Aryan. He joked, “People often take offence to my jokes, so I have stopped joking. I’ve passed this legacy to my son and told him, ‘Go make your father proud.’” He praised Aryan’s work on the series, saying it was extremely funny. Shah Rukh added that he loved funny content and was proud of Aryan’s contribution.

While unveiling The BA**DS of Bollywood, Shah Rukh expressed his joy at seeing such a large press turnout. He was accompanied by his wife Gauri Khan, daughter Suhana, and Aryan.

The show is produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and written by Aryan Khan, Bilal Siddiqi, and Manav Chauhan.
