New Delhi, 04 October (HS): All schools including both government and private in Delhi will remain closed for students till October 31, said deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia on Sunday.

Earlier there was a speculation that the government may order to open the school partially for senior students or just for consultation with the teachers. Also, the previous order of the city administration, issued on September 18, on closure of schools was valid till October 5 (Monday).

While talking to a section of media, Sisodia said, “The decision to keep schools shut in Delhi will be extended. I have issued directions for closure of all schools in Delhi till October 31. An order on this will be issued soon.”
