The Supreme Court allowed YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia to resume his podcast but imposed conditions. He must ensure content remains moral, decent, and suitable for all ages. The court had earlier banned ‘The Ranveer Show’ after his crude remarks on Samay Raina’s YouTube show sparked controversy.

A bench of Justices Surya Kant and N Kotiswar Singh noted Allahbadia’s plea that the podcast was his livelihood and supported 280 employees. The court extended his interim protection from arrest and directed him to cooperate with the investigation in Guwahati.

Allahbadia’s remarks on ‘India’s Got Latent’ triggered multiple FIRs and police action. Maharashtra Cyber and Mumbai Police are probing the case. On Monday, he and YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani recorded their statements.

Allahbadia admitted his mistake, acknowledging that his words were inappropriate. He told investigators he joined Samay Raina’s show as a friend and did not receive payment.
