Sanjay Raut defends students, targets the government
New Delhi , Dec 16 (HS): Violence erupted in the Jamianagar area of Delhi in protest against the Citizenship Amended Act has reached the Supreme Court. Students of different universities across the country have come out in support of Jamia Students and now the Shiv Sena has also supported the students. Shiv Sena has also severely criticized the government.
Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut has said that the government should listen to the students. He said that if there are some loopholes in the citizenship law, then it is a matter of deep concern. At the same time, Raut said that it is not right for our leaders who run the country to say that students are speaking the language of Pakistan. Sanjay Raut also alleged that BJP-ruled states are burning. Raut has demanded Prime Minister Narendra Modi to call an all-party meeting on the violence.
