Ram Mandir Verdict: All schools and colleges closed in UP-Delhi and Karnataka today

New Delhi, Nov.09 (HS): In view of this, the Home Ministry has instructed all the states to be vigilant. Section 144 is applicable in Ayodhya. Tight security arrangements have been made there. 4000 personnel of paramilitary forces have been deployed in Ayodhya. 

At the same time, in most states including UP, Delhi, and Karnataka, all schools and colleges will remain closed on Saturday.

Special security arrangements have been made in UP in view of the decision on Ayodhya. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has instructed to keep all schools and colleges closed till Monday. Apart from this, Ayodhya is being monitored by drones. 

Police patrolling has been increased in sensitive districts and areas of UP.

Apart from UP, the governments of Delhi, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan have issued instructions to close all school-colleges on Saturday. There itself In view of the decision, there are strong security arrangements in Jammu and Kashmir as well. 

Here also all schools and colleges will remain closed on Saturday. DGP Dilbag Singh said, “In view of the verdict on Ayodhya, section 144 is applicable in Jammu and Kashmir.”

The Kamal Nath government of Madhya Pradesh has also issued advisory to keep all schools and colleges closed today. At the same time, the Delhi government has also issued instructions that all schools and colleges should be closed today. Jamia Milia Islamia University will also have a holiday today.

Railway Police have also canceled all personnel holidays (Leaves). They have been instructed to remain posted in the safety of trains. Security has been increased in platforms, railway stations, yards, parking lots, bridges and tunnels as well as production units and workshops. 78 major stations have been identified including stations in Delhi (Delhi), Maharashtra (Maharashtra) and Uttar Pradesh (UP), where a large number of passengers visit. The presence of RPF personnel has been increased here. 

In the consultation, the earlier order has also been canceled, in which the stations were allowed to keep the lights down to about 30 percent to save electricity.

In view of the decision, the Center has asked all states to remain alert and ensure security in sensitive areas. The Ministry of Home Affairs has sent four thousand paramilitary personnel to maintain law and order in Uttar Pradesh and especially in Ayodhya. A Home Ministry official said that advisory has been issued to all the states and union territories, asking to deploy an adequate number of security forces in all sensitive areas. 

Also, it has been asked to ensure that no untoward incident takes place anywhere in the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also advised leaders and ministers not to make rhetoric on the Ayodhya dispute.

On the other hand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has tweeted and appealed to the countrymen to maintain peace. PM Modi tweeted on the eve of the decision and said, ‘Ayodhya is coming to the Supreme Court on Saturday. For the past few months, the matter was being heard continuously in the Supreme Court, the whole country was watching eagerly. During this, efforts made by all sections of the society to maintain an atmosphere of goodwill are greatly appreciated.
