Rajiv Gauba, former Cabinet Secretary, has been appointed as a Member of NITI Aayog with the rank of Minister of State. A 1982 batch IAS officer from the Jharkhand cadre, Gauba brings decades of administrative experience to his new role. He will serve with Y-category security cover.
