Rajesh Kulhari takes charge as JS, Ministry of New & Renewable Energy
Rajesh Kulhari, Chief Electrical Loco Engineer (CELE) at North Western Railway (NWR), has been deputed as Joint Secretary (JS) in the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MoNRE) until August 31, 2029. An Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer, he brings expertise in electrical engineering and locomotive operations.
