Quake hits Japan
Tokyo, Jun. 17 (HS): Earthquake tremors were felt on Monday in the north eastern part of Japan’s Hanshoo Island. On the Richter scale intensity of Earthquake is recorded as 5.2. According to Japan Meteorological Agency, the center of the earthquake was located at a depth of 80 kilometers in the Ibaraki province. According to local time, earthquake were felt at eight o’clock. There is no report of any damage .
The epicenter of the earthquake has recorded 36.5 degree epicenter and 140.6 degrees on longitude. It is notable that in the year 2011, a 9.0 magnitude earthquake had come and after that the tsunami had also come and more than 15 thousand people lost their life.
