Pro-Pakistan slogans: BSY alleges plot to disrupt peace

Bengaluru,21 February(HS): BS Yediyurappa, Chief Minister today accused of a sinister design to breach law and order and peace situation in the state by engineering uncalled incidents like raising Pro-Pakistan slogans.

He was addressing media persons at Mysuru airport and warned that all those instigating the youths through acts of sedition will be forced to pay a heavy price for the same soon.
Reacting over the issue pertaining to the arrest of the girl Amulya Leone for raising Pro-Pakistan slogans, the chief minister claimed: Her nexus with the Naxalites has been established. She is currently being interrogated and very soon all those instigating her will be brought to books.
In order to put an permanent end to such activities in future there is a great necessity to act seriously against all those behind them, felt the chief minister.
Recently three Jammu and Kashmir Engineering students of BVB Engineering College, Hubballi were arrested for raising Pro-Pakistan slogans and making the video viral.
All of them were initially arrested and released but following public outcry they were again re arrested and presented before the 3rd JMFC Magistrate.
All of them have been remanded to judicial custody till 03 March. Four other Kashmiri students studying in the same college have been sent back to their native places following fears of being attacked by fellow inmates of the College hostel.
