Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the exhibition at the Developed India Young Leaders Dialogue 2025 at Bharat Mandapam on Sunday. He interacted with participants and reviewed their innovative projects. The event, held on National Youth Day to honor Swami Vivekananda’s legacy, brought together 3,000 young leaders from across India.

Modi plans to address the participants, sharing his vision for a developed India. He will also release a compilation of top essays written by youth on topics like technology, sustainability, women empowerment, and agriculture. Over lunch, the Prime Minister will directly engage with the youth, allowing them to share their ideas and aspirations, bridging the gap between governance and young minds.

The dialogue began on January 11, featuring competitions, thematic discussions, and cultural performances showcasing India’s rich heritage and modern advancements. Domain experts and mentors led interactive sessions, inspiring the youth to contribute to India’s growth.

The event’s participants were carefully selected through the Vikasit Bharat Challenge, a multi-stage, merit-based process for youth aged 15 to 29. The challenge included the Vikasit Bharat Quiz in 12 languages, attracting over 30 lakh participants nationwide. Top scorers advanced to an essay-writing round, submitting over 2 lakh essays on India’s development. State-level winners then competed in Delhi.

The dialogue brought together 1,500 participants from the Vikasit Bharat Challenge track, 1,000 selected through state-level cultural and technological events, and 500 pioneers recognized for their exceptional contributions.

Through this initiative, PM Modi aims to inspire young leaders to take ownership of India’s progress, blending cultural pride with innovative thinking to build a stronger nation.
