London,14 May(HS): England batsman Jos Buttler has said that if the atmosphere is safe in the coming weeks, the players will start training a little bit.
He said that whenever the players will return to the field, they have to follow the rules of social distancing. To stop the spread of Coronavirus in England, all kinds of cricket activities have been postponed since March.
Talking to a news website, Buttler said, “I am hearing that things can start in the next one or two weeks, I think that initially, following the rules of social distancing, personal training will have to be done. Maybe only players and coaches will do training. As a batsman, I will find someone who will bowl me.”
He said, “We will stand apart and travel in our cars. We will go straight to the nets and then go. ” Buttler said that the atmosphere should be very safe for the players to return.
The wicketkeeper-batsman said, “We can take decisions on our own. If we are not happy, not comfortable then we are not under pressure to do anything. It can be different for everyone. “
He said, “Hopefully, those people will create a safe environment in which everyone can feel comfortable. This is a continuously improving situation. The more information we get, the more decisions we will be able to make. ”
