Pakistani lawyer to keep Jadhav’s side

Islamabad,Dec 10 (HS): Pakistan has once again introduced a new maneuver in the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav. Pakistan has said that in the further action in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case, only a Pakistani will put his side in court. According to sources, on the condition of India, it is being asked from Pakistan that it should give power of attorney in this case to a Pakistani lawyer.

In a tweet last month, the Pakistan Army said, ‘Various legal options for review and reconsideration’ are being considered for Kulbhushan Jadhav and ‘the final status will be shared as per time’.

Last week, the Ministry of External Affairs said that ‘some communication which is going on between India and Pakistan on this issue and India is requesting for immediate, effective and uninterrupted’ consular access through diplomatic channels with New Delhi.
