One arrested on charge of firing at ex MLA
Chapra,Jun.19 (HS): Police have arrested one of the accused persons who fired at ex-MLA from Marhaura Lal Babu Rai. Rai was attacked last night when he was returning after attending a function. The incident had occurred near Project school.
Criminals in an Alto car and by motorcycle had chased Rai’s vehicle and had fired at him. He had managed to flee to safer place. Today he lodged an FIR with Marhaura police station making seven persons as accused. Acting on this , police have arrested one of the accused Dhananjy Rai.
