Notorious gangster along with three others arrested
Chapra,6 March,2021 (HS) Police succeeded in arresting wanted gangster from Mushidabad in in West Bengal. Police also arrested three other criminals belonging to the gang. SP Santosh Kumar today in press conference told that notorious Tinku Singh, of Pirauta village under Baniyapur police station, who used to run many gangs from Murshidabad has been arrested. He said that Tinku Singh was wanted in many cases of murder, loot, road robbery and motorcycle lifting. He used to operate his many gangs from Murshidabad. Tinku Singh was again planning to execute some big crime when on a tip off police arrested him. Tinku Singh was wanted in many bank robberies in the district also which include Bandhan Bank loot, CSP loot, jewllery loot from goldsmith and he has confessed to his many crimes. SP said that three other of his gang Irshad Alam, Amarjit Sah and Rupesh Yadav have been arrested and police have tharted many future crimes by this gang. He said that two stolen motorcycles and knife have been recovered from their possession. Police are keeping strict vigil and prompt in containing crimes and thwarting attempts of committing crimes by arresting criminals in a planned and dedicated manner, he added.
