New Delhi, June 09 (HS): Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that people in the national capital Delhi will witness heat wave conditions for next few days in some areas along with partly cloudy sky.
The maximum temperature was recorded at 42.7 degree Celsius, three degrees above normal while the minimum was recorded at 28 degrees.

09 Jun (Day 1): Thunderstorm accompanied with lighting and gusty winds (40-50 kmph) at isolated places over Madhya Maharashtra; with gusty winds (30-40 kmph) at isolated places likely over Tamilnadu, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, North Interior Karnataka, Konkan & Goa, West Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Marathwada, Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha and Sub-Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim and with lighting at isolated places over Odisha.
