Nirbhaya case: SC dismisses curative plea of ​​convict Pawan

New Delhi , Mar 19 (HS): SC dismisses curative plea of one of the Pawan, one of the convicts in the Nirbhaya’s gang rape cum murder case. Another idea to save Nirbhaya’s culprits from hanging is rejected by the Supreme Court. In the Nirbhaya case, the four convicts have been ordered to be hanged at 5.30 am on March 20. After which the lawyer of the convict is looking for new ways to save him. Pawan’s lawyer had filed a curative petition in the court claiming that the convict was a minor at the time of the crime, but the Supreme Court has rejected the plea.
