Neymar donated 1 million dollars to fight corona
New Delhi,04 April(HS): Brazilian star footballer Neymar has donated one million dollars to fight the Coronavirus epidemic.
Paris Saint-German (PSG) striker Neymar has contributed a substantial amount of this donation to the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). He gave the rest to the charitable trust of his friend Brazil’s TV presenter Luciana Haque. However, Neymar has not said anything about the donation yet.
Prior to Neymar, his PSG teammate Kylen Mbappé also donated a large amount of money secretly to fight the Coronavirus last month. Mbappé donated that amount to a charity in France.
Similarly, Ronaldo, Messy and many big footballers have donated crores of rupees in this battle against the coronavirus.
Brazil is also not untouched by this epidemic and more than 9000 people are infected there. At the same time, more than 300 people have lost their lives.
