Nadda to address party workers on completion of first year of Modi’s 2nd term as PM

New Delhi, 28 May (HS): On the occasion of completion of one year of Narendra Modi’s second term as Prime Minister, the BJP President J P Nadda will address party workers on May 30 through Facebook Live to apprise them of the year-long achievements of the government. On this occasion, the party workers would distribute the letter written by PM to the 10 crore homes throughout the country.

Giving this information at a press conference on Thursday, BJP general secretary Bhupendra Yadav said that after the completion of one year of the second term of Narendra Modi as PM, Nadda would address the party activists on May 30 through Facebook. He said that one rally in each district would also be organized on this occasion.

Yadav said that under the leadership of National President J P Nadda, the BJP carried out the campaign ‘Feed the Need’. Under this campaign, more than 8 lakh BJP activists have fed more than 19.18 crore needy people. Also, food packets were supplied to more than 4.86 crore people.

He said that 10.30 lakh food packets were distributed door-to-door in more than 1.18 lakh poor settlements by more than 11 lakh party workers in more than 9 thousand mandals in 588 districts. Also, more than 12.54 lakh face covers were also distributed.
