Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a major rally at Mumbai’s Shivaji Park on Thursday, November 14. The event, organized as a final boost for the ruling Mahayuti alliance, marks a critical moment ahead of the Maharashtra assembly elections.

With large crowds expected, the rally will feature top Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders, including Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.

To manage the surge of supporters, the Mumbai Police have implemented extensive security and traffic plans. Anticipating a high turnout, officials have issued a detailed advisory to minimize disruptions for local commuters.

Transitioning into rally day, traffic restrictions will be active from 10 a.m. until midnight on November 14. The advisory includes road closures and parking restrictions across key parts of the city, with special routes for rally-goers.

Supporters from across Maharashtra are expected to converge on Mumbai, adding to the city’s typical traffic load. With Shivaji Park serving as the rally’s focal point, officials are taking additional measures to streamline access and crowd control.

Police presence around the venue will increase significantly, and additional checkpoints have been set up to ensure security.

The rally not only signifies BJP’s final election push but also represents a major moment for party supporters across Maharashtra. The event’s success could play a crucial role in energizing the BJP base as the state approaches election day.
