Missing WW2 submarine found after 75 years
Los Angeles Nov 12 (HS): An American submarine missing in World War II has been found in the East China Sea fourteen hundred feet deep after 75 years. The USS Greyback and its eighty-member crew went missing in 1944. It is said that it was attacked by a Japanese fighter aircraft.
The search and discovery of all this marine in the East China Sea was going on for years. In this context, the first military documents were investigated. Then with their help, they are discovered in the deep ocean below Okinawa beach in Japan. The news has been conveyed to the family members of all eighty members of a crew of this Marine.
‘The Lost 52 Project’ pioneered the loss of all the marines of World War II. Okinawaka beach was targeted for this.
