Khushi Kapoor addresses dating rumors with Vedang Raina: ‘I understand the curiosity’

Khushi Kapoor, recently rumored to be dating Vedang Raina, spoke candidly about her dating life in an interview with Bazaar India. She acknowledged the public curiosity about her personal life but emphasized her preference for keeping it private. “It’s new for me. I would like my work to be the main focus,” she shared. “I understand there’s curiosity when you’re in the public eye, but it’s best to keep personal matters private and prioritize work.”

Khushi, who is the daughter of Bollywood actress Sridevi and producer Boney Kapoor, turned to family for advice on handling her career. She revealed that she often consults her sister, Janhvi Kapoor, father, and brother Arjun Kapoor for guidance. “They have many more years of knowledge than me, so it definitely helps to get their opinion,” she explained.

Khushi made her Bollywood debut in Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies, alongside Suhana Khan and Agastya Nanda. The series, a modern adaptation of the famous comic, marked a significant start for the young actor. She is also set to star in a yet-to-be-titled romantic drama with Junaid Khan, which will hit theatres on February 7, 2025, directed by Advait Chandan.

The dating rumors between Khushi and Vedang Raina, who also debuted in The Archies, gained momentum recently. Vedang celebrated Khushi’s 24th birthday with her, joining her friends and family at a pyjama party and dinner outing. In a heartwarming video, Vedang helped Khushi blow out her birthday candles, holding her hair back as she smiled at him.
